We want to share a major update on the platform.
Over the past weeks, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to resolve outstanding issues, improve overall stability, and make sure everything is properly synced and functioning the way it should. This has been one of the biggest cleanup and improvement rounds we’ve done so far, and we’re happy to say that a lot has now been fully resolved.
What’s been updated

All user accounts are now fully synced
We’ve completed the account sync across the platform, which means user data should now be connected correctly. If you had issues with account access or mismatched details before, those should now be resolved. -
All licenses are now correctly synced
We know this was one of the most important concerns for many of you. Existing licenses have now been properly matched to the correct accounts, so your access and entitlements should now reflect everything accurately. -
All payment problems have been resolved
We’ve fixed the issues that were affecting payments and payment processing. This means the billing flow is now working more reliably, and the payment-related problems reported earlier should now be behind us. -
The white-label ZIP generation bug has been resolved
The issue affecting white-label ZIP generation has now been fixed. This feature should now work normally again without the problems some users were running into before. -
We’ve uploaded almost 30,000 themes and plugins
This is one of the biggest content expansions we’ve made so far. The library has grown significantly, giving everyone access to a much larger collection across the platform. -
The automatic updates bug has been resolved
We’ve fixed the bug that was affecting automatic updates. This means update delivery and update handling should now work properly again, which is a major step forward for reliability and convenience. -
Our Discourse forum support topics are now synced correctly
We’ve corrected the syncing issues affecting support topics on the forum. This should make support conversations more consistent and ensure everything is properly linked and updated where needed. -
Update requests from GrootMade Connect have been resolved
The issues affecting update requests coming from GrootMade Connect have now been fixed. That part of the system is now functioning correctly again and should behave much more consistently. -
Our ticket support and contact form issues have been resolved
We’ve also repaired the problems affecting ticket support and the contact form. You should now be able to reach us normally again through the usual support channels whenever needed.
This is a big update, and it puts the platform in a much stronger and more stable position going forward. Thank you for your patience and support while we worked through all of this. We truly appreciate it.
