Dear Sir,
We write in relation to multiple reviews published by you concerning Creation Web Solutions Ltd on platforms including, but not limited to, Google and Trustpilot.
The content of these reviews includes serious and defamatory allegations, specifically claims that we have “robbed” you of £2,500 and provided substandard services.
We state, for the avoidance of doubt, that:

You are not, and have never been, a customer of Creation Web Solutions Ltd

No contract, transaction, or service relationship has ever existed between you and our company

The pricing and circumstances described in your review are entirely fabricated
-
The identity and details used to post the review appear to be false and deliberately misleading

Your actions are retaliatory in nature, following a legitimate review made regarding your own business activities
Your conduct constitutes:

Defamation under the Defamation Act 2013, including publication of false statements causing serious harm to our business

Malicious falsehood, in that statements have been made knowingly or recklessly as to their truth

Harassment, pursuant to the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, due to repeated and targeted publication across multiple platforms
-
Potential fraudulent misrepresentation through the use of a false identity to lend credibility to the defamatory content
The allegation that our company has “robbed” you is an explicit assertion of criminal conduct and is treated as highly serious defamation under UK law.
FORMAL DEMAND
You are hereby required to:

Immediately remove all reviews and related content referring to Creation Web Solutions Ltd from all platforms

Cease and desist from publishing, repeating, or distributing any further false or defamatory statements

Provide written confirmation of compliance within 48 hours of receipt of this notice
NOTICE OF INTENDED ACTION
Should you fail to comply, we will proceed without further notice to:

Initiate legal proceedings for defamation and malicious falsehood in the UK courts

Seek damages, aggravated damages, and injunctive relief

Recover all legal costs incurred

Apply for a Norwich Pharmacal Order to compel disclosure of your true identity from relevant platforms
-
Submit formal complaints and evidence to all hosting platforms to secure removal and account sanctions

Pursue all available remedies in respect of cross-border enforcement where applicable
We will rely on documented evidence demonstrating that:

No customer relationship exists

The statements made are factually incorrect

The reviews form part of a pattern of malicious and retaliatory conduct
This letter is sent in compliance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Media and Communications Claims and constitutes a formal notice prior to proceedings.
Nothing in this letter should be taken as a waiver of any of our rights, all of which are expressly reserved.
