I am writing to report an issue with my account regarding file downloads.
I purchased a Lifetime subscription on February 28, 2024. Shortly after my purchase, the site went into a maintenance period that lasted for almost a year, during which I was practically unable to download anything or use the service I paid for.
Now that the repository is back online, I logged into my account to finally start downloading some plugins. However, the system is restricting my access. Whenever I try to download an item, the site prompts me to purchase a subscription.
The strange part is that when I check my client dashboard, my Lifetime plan is clearly listed as Active. It seems there is a synchronization bug between my active billing status and my download permissions on the repository.
Could you please look into my account and fix this permission issue so I can finally start using my Lifetime access?

Hello again. I sent a message earlier regarding my Lifetime account, but I haven’t received any response from you.
I need to express my total dissatisfaction with how this is being handled. I paid $299 for the Lifetime Plan back in February 2024. I was only able to use it for a few months before your site went down for over a year. I patiently waited for the service to return.
Now that the site is finally back online, my account permissions are broken. I reach out for help, and I am completely ignored. With all due respect, this is extremely unfair and disrespectful to the consumer. Not even a single reply or explanation after all this time?
How are we going to resolve this situation? I expect a response and a solution for the access I paid for.

I paid and didn’t even get to use the service. That’s really sad, you guys really don’t care.

I just tried to download it and unfortunately it’s blocked, as shown in the attached screenshot.
The user is permanently banned due to threatening. This decision was made after careful consideration of the user’s actions and the impact they had on the community. Threatening behavior goes against the core values of respect and safety that we uphold. We are committed to maintaining a positive environment for all users, and any actions that compromise this will not be tolerated.
