I want to address this properly and clearly.
Recently, we upgraded Festinger Vault customers to lifetime access on our new platform. That was done in good faith. It was meant as a gesture of solidarity, appreciation, and trust. We wanted to give more, make things easier, and move forward in a positive way together.
Unfortunately, the ongoing disruption directed toward our crew has made it clear that this is no longer sustainable.
Because of that, we are now reversing that decision.
All Festinger Vault customers who were upgraded to lifetime access on the new platform will be moved back to the old Festinger Vault platform instead.
This is where we draw the line.
We also want to be absolutely clear about something: we have zero tolerance for abuse, intimidation, harassment, or disrespect toward our staff. Our team works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running, and they deserve to be treated with respect at all times. No membership level, no history, and no entitlement excuses behavior that crosses that line.
What this means for you
You now have two options:
1. Continue using the old Festinger Vault platform

All previously advertised features of the old Festinger Vault lifetime plugin will remain fully working on the old platform
2. Move forward with GrootMade
- Create a new account on our GrootMade platform
- This option is for those who want to continue using our newer services there
We did not want this outcome. We wanted to move forward in a way that benefited everyone. But protecting our team and maintaining clear boundaries comes first.
To everyone who has continued to support us with patience, understanding, and respect: thank you. That support matters, and it does not go unnoticed.
We will continue building, but we will do so with firmer standards, clearer limits, and full protection for the people behind this work.
