License does not work - no reply to my tickets

Hey.

I got a message that my lifetime license here on grootmade has been activated.
The problem is, I can not use it at all.
I cant download or do anything anymore:


Also, when I try to use the Live chat - there is no response.
I also created a support ticket a week ago - no reply - the ticket is gone.

What is wrong?
