Can you please check my billing from Festinger and restore my previous lifetime license? For the last few months, I opened support tickets over and over almost every week, and my license was restored every time and then gone again. It was even restored in last week when GrootMade first opened, but I can see today it’s gone again.
Can you please restore it again and fix this issue permanently?
